TIC is the community leader in the delivery of financial services.  Our dialogue branch design combines the latest financial technology with an open floor plan that gives our members options in how they want to be served.

Teller greeting the Member

TIC Teller Wendy Williams greets members as they enter the newly renovated branch at 13th Street.  Tellers often serve as a concierge to greet and direct members to the appropriate employee.

“The innovative design and enhanced service model has been a tremendous success with our members,” says Janet Davis, President and CEO.  “Our vision has always been to make our members feel welcome while providing a unique banking experience.  The dialogue environment ensures that every member is greeted when they enter a branch.  And the layout of the branch is conducive to our philosophy of providing high-tech innovation with high-touch personalized service.”

Coffee Bar

Members can enjoy complimentary Starbucks coffee while they conduct their financial business at TIC.

Service Pods

Dialogue branches include special interactive workstations called Pods. Pods are consumer friendly, circular workstations that eliminate the traditional teller window barriers.  The employee converses side-by-side with the member as they work together to complete the member’s financial business.   TIC’s Full Service Representatives will be able to handle virtually all member transactions at a Pod. 

Sound Dome with Touchscreen

An interactive touch-screen video and sound dome allows members to learn more about TIC’s products and services.  A professional actress will give a video tour of various services on a touch-screen monitor, allowing members to quickly move from product to product.  An overhead sound dome directs the sound to the member only, eliminating excess noise from other parts of the branch.

LCD TVs for News, Weather and Special Messages

Dialogue branches include flat screen LCD televisions that display news, weather, and sports, as well as special messages from TIC.

Remote Teller Stations (RTS)

Branches have drive-thru lanes equipped with two-way video to provide fast, efficient service to those members who need to conduct basic financial transactions.  Inside the branch are six remote teller system units (RTS).  With RTS units, members communicate via video with a teller.  Money is sent back and forth through a pneumatic tube, similar to that of a drive-thru.

Marketing Wall

Dialogue branches utilize the latest in retail marketing and fixtures to provide a clean, uniform look to the environment.
