Part Time Teller

Explains and promotes all credit union services to members when required. Provides teller services to members and processes all types of teller transactions (i.e., loan payments, withdrawals, night deposits and mail deposits). Provides members with information regarding the credit union’s products and services. Greets and welcomes members to the Credit Union in a courteous, professional and timely manner. Cashes checks within the credit union’s check cashing policy. Receives share deposits, credit card and loan payments in person, by telephone, mail, night deposit or ATM. Provides comprehensive, prompt, accurate and efficient member transactions. Issues money orders and travelers checks, attraction tickets, processes VISA cash advance requests and processes payment of coin counter receipts. Increases relationships per member by cross selling products and services that add value to the member and the credit union. This position requires a high school diploma or the equivalent and a commensurate level of language, math and reasoning skills. In addition, two years of experience in a related field with similar responsibilities is preferred. Formal training should be supplemented with continuing education.

Assistant Branch Manager

TIC Federal Credit Union is seeking an upbeat individual to help oversee the daily operations of one of our state-of-the-art dialogue branches. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading their staff in the delivery of consistently memorable member experiences. Will be responsible for all areas of branch operations, including sales and service experience levels. A four-year college degree is preferred and two to four years of specialized experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Retail experience is a plus.
