Our benefits package is very competitive and is designed to meet the needs of employees and their dependents.
Healthcare Plans
Our healthcare package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage. Employees may select the coverage that best suits their individual circumstances. TIC pays the majority of the cost for these plans. The Medical Plan includes coverage for prescriptions. The Dental plan includes orthodontic coverage. The Vision Plan includes coverage for frames, contacts, and lenses.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Employees may elect to participate in the flexible benefit plan and reduce medical and dependent care expenses by using pre-tax dollars. A debit card is provided as a convenient means of accessing these funds. This plan is covered by Section 125 of the IRS code and is a significant tax saving benefit.

Life Insurance and Long Term Disability
Employees are provided with company paid life insurance and long term disability coverage. The coverage amount is two times the annual salary. Long term disability pays 66 2/3 of salary after 60 days. Employees may also elect to provide coverage for dependents at a very low rate.

Retirement Plan
TIC provides a 401(k) savings plan for all employees. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in this plan and can begin to realize tax and retirement savings from the first day of employment.
Employees may defer up to the IRS limit and receive a company match on the first 5%. The first 3% is matched dollar for dollar, and the next 2% is matched at fifty cents on the dollar for a total company match of 4%. Employee contributions and the company match are immediately vested.
In addition to the company match, TIC also contributes an additional 6% of compensation to the 401(k) regardless of employee participation. These contributions are vested after 5 years of service. This provides a total company contribution of up to 10% of total compensation. |
