TIC BILL PAYMENT AND PRESENTMENT

TIC offers a program that allows you to do just that!
Bill Payment and Presentment takes Internet Bill Payment to a higher level by allowing you, our members to receive, view, manage, and pay your paper and electronic bills from within eBranch.
Paying your bills has never been easier! No longer do you have to manually write checks, buy stamps, or stuff envelopes. TIC's internet Bill Pay offers you the following benefits:
Bill Payment and Presentment users receive the following benefits...
- Pay bills electronically through your
personal computer. Payments are deducted from your account
and appear on your monthly statement.
- Make recurring payments automatically.
- Add, delete or modify information on
your personal list of payees.
- Change information, such as addresses
or phone numbers.
- See which payments have been made over
a specific period of time.
- Verify and correct information before
payments are sent.
- Have your bills 'presented' to you in Bill Pay. You will no longer have to receive your bills by mail or browse to each of your payees web site to review your bill. You will be able to view exact copies of your bills in eBranch.
- Set up bill to be paid automatically as they are received by the Bill Pay system
- Set up rules to determine if a bill should be paid automatically depending upon the amount owed
- Hold the bill for you to review before it is paid
- Receive email notifications when:
- When a bill is paid
- A new bill is received
- If you have not received a bill within so many days of a bill's due date
- If you have not scheduled payment on a bill so many days before its due date
- Add a payee to a payee category for easy tracking within your personal fiancial management software such as QuickenTM or MS MoneyTM
- Run reports for payments made to:
- A particular payee
- Group of payees in a specific category
- All of your payees
- Order a Year-End CD which contains all of your payments received and paid during the year

How to Register for Bill Payment and Presentment
To sign up for Bill Payment and Presentment,
you must first open a Rewards Checking Account and register for eBranch
(home banking). If you are already a Rewards Checking account holder, but are not
registered for eBranch, click
here to register for eBranch. If you are a Rewards Checking account holder,
and are registered for eBranch, follow the steps below to
register for Bill Pay:
- Logon to eBranch and click the "Payment
Services" button located at the top of the screen.
- You will see a "Bill Payment Registration/Logon"
screen. Click on the hyperlink that says "click here"
at the top of the screen or the hyperlink that says "click
here to register" toward the bottom of the screen.
- Read the "Electronic Bill Payment
Authorization" screen and click "OK" at
the bottom of the page verifying that you accept the terms
and conditions. You will be presented with the online
"Electronic Bill Payment Registration" form.
- Complete the online registration form
and click the "Submit" button located at the
bottom of the page. If you need more help, click on the
"Help!" button at the bottom of the page.
- Once approved, you will receive a letter
containing your Bill Payer ID and Personal Security Code
in approximately 5 - 10 business days.
