eBranch gives
you the convenience of instant access to your accounts via
the Internet. You can get real-time information on your finances
from anywhere in the world at anytime.
Conduct all of your financial
transactions from the comfort of your home or office. With
eBranch, you can:

- Transfer money between your different
TIC accounts with the same member number
- Make a payment on your TIC loan
- View or print a chronological history
of transactions on your account
- Import transactions from eBranch to
your personal financial management software on your computer
(works with Microsoft MoneyTM and QuickenTM)

Security
Our online banking has the highest standard
of privacy protection available. All transactions are secured
with multiple layers of encryption, firewalls, screening and
filter routers. The security measures used exceed industry
standards in protecting the confidentiality and safety of
your transactions. The Internet delivers your financial information
to you, while a private network is used to access our host
computer. All data is modified in such a way that it is unreadable
to anyone else, giving you the peace of mind that your transactions
are protected.

- Enroll in Enhanced Login Security

- Windows personal computer with Microsoft Windows 2000 or higer or Macintosh personal
computer with OS X.
- Modem (minimum modem speed
is 58.6 baud, however a broadband connection is recommended)
- Internet access through an Internet
Service Provider or Online Service
- For Windows users Firefox
3.0 or higher or Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7.0
or higher or AOL 8.0 or higher.
- For Mac users AOL for OS X or Safari 1.2 or 3.0.
How Do I Get Started?
eBranch is Free for ALL TIC members.
To access eBranch, follow
these simple steps:
- On our home page, click on the button
titled "Access eBranch/Bill Pay."
- At the eBranch logon screen, enter your
TIC member number in the field titled "Member Number."
Enter your TIC Telephone Banking access code in the Password field, Click
'Enter'.
- The first time you access eBranch, it
will ask you to change your password. You will only have
to do this once. Enter your current password (your TIC Telephone Banking
Access Code) in the field titled, "Current Password."
- Enter a new password (one that you will
easily remember) in the "New Password" field.
Confirm your new password by entering it in the field
titled "Confirm New Password." Now click the
"Change Password" button. This will record your
password and take you to the eBranch main page. You are
now ready to use eBranch! Billing for eBranch access begins
automatically.
