Bill Payment and Presentment
Do you ever get tired of sorting through all of your mail? Wouldn't it be nice if you could go to one place and pay all of your bills?

TIC offers a program that allows you to do just that!

Bill Payment and Presentment takes Bill Payment services to a higher level by allowing you, our members to receive, view, manage, and pay your paper and electronic bills from within eBranch.

Paying your bills has never been easier! No longer do you have to manually write checks, buy stamps, or stuff envelopes.

Additions to eBranch

eStatements
Online statements offer you the ability to access your monthly statements during an Internet banking session. Access your eStatements within eBranch by clicking the "Online Statements" link on the Account Access page.

Secured Forms
The Secured Forms feature allows you to take advantage of additional online products and services. These forms are sent via PGP encrypted e-mail to TIC Federal Credit Union. You can submit the following forms within eBranch:

  • Address Change
  • Direct Deposit Application
  • Check Copies Request
  • ATM/Debit Card Application
  • Certificate Application
  • Loan Application

Access the Secured Forms feature within eBranch by clicking the "Secure Forms" link on the Account Access page.

Stop Payment
The Stop Payment feature allows you to place a stop payment on a single check written off of your TIC Federal Credit Union checking account.

Scheduled Recurring Transfers (SRT) and Notifications
SRT allows eBranch users to transfer amounts on scheduled dates between your TIC accounts within the same member number (i.e., from checking to savings, from checking to a loan, etc.). Notifications allow eBranch users to set up automatic e-mail notifications when the following events occur:

  • Account balance levels are greater or less than a certain amount (specified by the user).
  • A specific check number clears the user's account.
  • A maturity date comes due on a certificate/money market.

To access these two features within eBranch click the "Schedule Transfer" link for SRT and click the "Notify" link for Notifications on the Account Access page.

Online Check Ordering
Deluxe offers the flexibility and convenience of placing on-line check and check-related product orders at any time. This service provides a safe, secure and user-friendly environment to customize and check on the status of your check orders. Access this feature to place an order for checks or other accessories.

Access the Online Check Order feature within eBranch by clicking the "Products Services" link on the Account Access page.

Account Export/WebConnect
This utility allows you to export your financial institution account information into a formatted file. The file will be downloaded onto your hard drive where it will be available for you to import into a personal financial management (PFM) software program such as QuickenTM, MS MoneyTM or MS Excel (CSV).

Beginning June 15, 2006, the Account Export feature within eBranch was upgraded to WebConnect. What this means for you, the member, is that when you export your transactions to QuickenTM or MS MoneyTM, your transactions will be automatically matched against transactions you have already entered into your PFM software manually. Prior to this upgrade, transactions could be duplicated; one transaction for your manual entry and one transaction from the download. To find out how you can take advantage of this new feature, view the setup guides below.

Quicken versions 2004-2006 and Microsoft Money 2004-2006 are currently the only PFM programs currently supported by WebConnect.
